Adult Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Reporting System

This site allows mandated reporters and concerned individuals to submit a non‑emergency report of suspected adult abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation to the appropriate Adult Protective Services (APS) agency.

If this is an emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Adult Protective Services investigates reports involving vulnerable adults who may not be able to protect themselves or meet their own essential needs. This includes older adults and adults with disabilities who may be experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

If you believe a vulnerable adult is experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation, you can submit a report online using this system or you can contact your local APS hotline.

Reports can be submitted through this system at any time, day or night. Review and response times may vary depending on local agency hours and staffing.

This session will time out in 60 minutes.
Information will be lost if submission is not completed within that timeframe.
You will receive a confirmation number when the report is submitted successfully.
